Self-defense, physical fitness, and self-confidence can all be achieved by training in the Martial Arts. You will improve your flexibility, stamina, and your ability to handle yourself in a variety of situations. Ranging 12 years old, to 60, even 70 year old adults, this class focuses heavily on self-defense and uses drills to develop cardiovascular endurance, as well as provide beneficial exercise for a full body workout. There is a camaraderie that exist in training at Villari's. You will meet people from all walks of life. Our adult class is fun, educational, and will help you feel great!
